What sort of chocolate? I have a distinct suspicion that you would not be inclined to accept just about any brand.

in this case it was just crushed daim, not my favourite choc, but it worked so well with the tart raspberry parfait. good chocolate is very important, you're quite right, per:) mind you, that does far from always mean expensive brands. those can be quite overrated imho...
